Sales & Marketing Executive

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits and networking
• Meet business owners, distributors, and decision-makers
• Present and explain company products/services to potential clients
• Build long-term business relationships with clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up for closures

💰 Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on experience)
• Unlimited Incentives: No cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn
• High Commission Structure on every deal closed
• Fuel / Travel Allowance for field visits

🎯 Requirements

• 0–4 years experience in B2B / field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet clients daily
• Must have own bike and driving license
