Job Description
Hi,
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and manage on-ground sales activities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, deal closures, and team handling to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, and field activities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct site visits, land/project walkthroughs, and product presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Manage and guide field sales executives / channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams
- Maintain daily MIS, client follow-ups, and sales reports
- Develop local market knowledge and competitor analysis
- Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and investors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 4–8 years of field sales experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in plot sales, industrial land, commercial projects, or housing
- Ability to handle field teams and channel partners
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler
- Familiar with CRM tools and MS Excel
