Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and manage on-ground sales activities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, deal closures, and team handling to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, and field activities
  • Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements
  • Conduct site visits, land/project walkthroughs, and product presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
  • Manage and guide field sales executives / channel partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams
  • Maintain daily MIS, client follow-ups, and sales reports
  • Develop local market knowledge and competitor analysis
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and investors

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 4–8 years of field sales experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in plot sales, industrial land, commercial projects, or housing
  • Ability to handle field teams and channel partners
  • Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler
  • Familiar with CRM tools and MS Excel
