We are channel partner of Tata Power Solar. We require Solar Technician cum Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.

2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with solar panels and related systems, including inverter and battery systems.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, explaining the functioning and maintenance of the solar system.

4. System Design and Assessment: Assist in designing solar systems based on customer needs and site assessments.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.

6. Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of solar systems.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards.

8. Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest solar technology and advancements.

9. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.

- Proven experience as a solar technician or similar role.

- Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical systems.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Certification in solar energy or related field is a plus.
