Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Seminar Closing & Distribution

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Making outbound calls to potential clients to explain services and generate leads.
• Seminar/Event Promotion: Calling prospects to invite them to seminars, workshops, or webinars.
• Closing & Conversion: Following up with seminar attendees to close sales, book appointments, or convert them into paid clients.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM system.
• Client Coordination: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with the internal sales team. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (e.g., Marathi, Telugu).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience is often required, though some roles ask for 4–5 years in telesales.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass to graduate.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
