Warehouse Supervisor

·      Handling day-to-day stocks

·      To ensure that goods are received and dispatched appropriately.

·      Thoroughly check the materials upon arrival and inform the manager about the damaged/spoiled stock

·      Keeps stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate

·      Responsible for security of the stock. Ensures that stocks are stored safely

·  Properly plans for future capacity requirements and inform the manager     

·      Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the management on the slow and non-moving stock

• Coordinating with internal staff as well as external vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the supply chain
• Evaluating current methods and procedures to determine if they can be improved
• Developing and implementing strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and minimize risk in supply chain management

·      Take appropriate measures for moving delicate / hazmat goods by overseeing the packing
