Role Description of Fitter:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Fitter located in Kendujhar. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment. Daily tasks include fitting and inspecting mechanical components, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient operation of machinery. The role involves hands-on work with a focus on precision, safety, and timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fitting and assembling of mechanical components
• Knowledge of Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures
• Experience with operating and maintaining Machinery and Machining equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is an advantage

Role Description of Welder:-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder located in Kendujhar. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding operations such as arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. The individual will work with diverse materials to fabricate, join, and repair components, ensuring all safety and quality standards are upheld. The role involves interpreting technical drawings and specifications, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting welding-related issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques
• Proficiency in general Welding practices and working with various types of Materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
• Physically capable of performing tasks associated with welding, such as standing for extended periods
• Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus
• Relevant welding certifications or vocational training are desirable
