Breeding Farm Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Gundlupete, Chamarajanagar District, Karnataka

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Breeding Farm Construction Site Supervisor to manage and supervise on-site construction activities for our Poultry Breeding Farm (EC / Environment Controlled Project) at Gundlupete, Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and installation of farm-specific systems in line with approved designs, technical specifications, timelines, and biosecurity standards.

Employment Type Full-time / Project-based Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision : Supervise all civil and structural works including breeder houses, egg collection rooms, feed storage, manure pits, staff facilities, internal roads, and drainage systems.
• Ensure construction is executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical standards.
• Coordinate daily activities of civil, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication teams on site.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
