Job Description
- Deliver effective classroom teaching as per prescribed syllabus
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of curriculum
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Check notebooks, worksheets, and answer sheets regularly and on time
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and result analysis
- Participate actively in school activities such as Annual Function, Sports Meet, assemblies, rehearsals, and events
- Communicate professionally with parents during PTMs and meetings
- Follow school rules, schedules, and academic policies strictly
- Carry out assigned duties such as substitution, supervision, and hostel/study duty (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student progress
