Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning & Instruction: Design, prepare, and deliver lesson plans based on the curriculum to meet the needs, interests, and experience of students.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, administer tests, record progress, and provide constructive feedback to students to improve performance.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive environment conducive to learning.
• Student Support: Identify and support students with diverse learning needs, providing individualized instruction and pastoral care.
• Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, and work with colleagues to achieve school goals.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on curriculum changes, teaching methods, and participate in training seminars.
