Accountant

A Senior Accountant is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Account Management: Oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Audit Coordination: Assist in the preparation for external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and complete.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to support strategic planning.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
