Accountant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST & TDS returns, Tally, reconciliations, auditing, and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST Returns and TDS Returns within timelines.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally (or other accounting software).
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense vouchers.
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
• Manage and support Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Key Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and audit.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of corporate tax and ROC compliance will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
