Location: Zirakpur, Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial record management, bank reconciliation, and accounting software, along with the ability to support management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Handle independently the complete bookkeeping and record all financial transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records efficiently.
• Monitor, track, and verify Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or irregularities in financial statements.
• Review financial data and provide basic accounting records regularly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Update and maintain accounting systems, account structures, and financial reports as per changing management requirements.
• Monitor daily financial activities and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Night Shift Ready: Comfortable working 7 PM – 4 AM IST.
• Strong experience in: Bookkeeping, Recording financial transactions, Bank reconciliation (proficiency required)
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks or similar).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
