The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Executive to drive our growth. You will be the bridge between our technical expertise and clients looking for digital transformation. Your goal is to identify opportunities, pitch our diverse service suite (AI, SaaS, UI/UX, Automation), and close deals that drive revenue


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the SaaS, E-commerce, and Tech sectors through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand a client’s pain points and propose tailored solutions ranging from UI/UX Audits to Full-stack SaaS development.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel—from initial discovery calls to final contract signing.
  • Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Design & Strategy team to align client requirements with our product roadmap.
  • Pitching & Demos: Confidently present our AI-powered web solutions and automation capabilities to stakeholders and CEOs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends in AI and Automation to position Digiboffins as a market leader.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a software agency or SaaS environment.
  • Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of API integrations, web development cycles, and the current AI landscape.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). You should be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, persuasive way.
  • Hustle Mentality: A self-starter who is comfortable with targets and thrives in a fast-paced "startup" culture.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and project management tools.
