Job Description

We are looking for motivated Business Development Interns who are interested in sales, lead generation, and client communication. The selected candidates will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, engage prospects, and support business growth.

This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical sales experience in the technology and digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities: Selected interns will be responsible for:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services
  2. Generating and qualifying sales leads
  3. Scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with interested prospects
  4. Maintaining accurate lead records and updates in CRM/Google Sheets
  5. Supporting the sales team with cold calling strategies and outreach
  6. Coordinating with marketing teams for lead nurturing campaigns
  7. Maintaining professional communication while representing the company

Required Skills: Candidates should have:

  • Good Hindi communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic English speaking ability
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Confidence in client interaction and calling

Preferred Skills:

  • Digital Marketing understanding
  • Social Media Marketing knowledge

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must:

  • Be available for a work-from-home internship
  • Be able to start immediately
  • Be available for the full 3-month duration
  • Have a laptop and stable internet connection
  • Be serious about learning sales and business development

Preferred Candidates:

  • BBA / MBA / BCom / MCom students
  • Candidates interested in sales careers

Stipend Structure: Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 (lump sum)

Performance Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹30,000 based on performance

Top performers can earn up to ₹34,000 during the internship period.
