Job Description

Job Title: Field Visit Executive – Salon

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Tricity: Chandigarh, Mohali, And Panchkula

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Gender: Female/Male Both

Salary Range: 20K- 30 K + Incentive

 

Job Purpose:

To conduct regular field visits to salons, dermatology, and aesthetic clinics to promote company products/services, develop business relationships, generate leads, and ensure consistent brand presence in the assigned territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily field visits to salons and cosmetic   centres
  • Introduce and promote company products, services, schemes, and offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into active customers
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain usage benefits
  • Ensure proper product placement and brand visibility at client locations
  • Collect market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing, and trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and review discussions as required

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Convincing and negotiation ability
  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetic (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/ 12th pass/ Certification of
  • Experience: 06 months in field sales (Salon/ Cosmetic preferred)
  • Fresher’s with strong communication skills may also be considered

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Tricity)
  • Smartphone mandatory for reporting and coordination
