Responsibilities: Customer Financial Consultation: - Engage with customers to understand their financing needs, explain available options, and provide expert advice on financing plans, leasing, and insurance packages. Loan Application Processing: - Assist customers in completing loan applications, verifying financial information, and collaborating with lending institutions to secure favorable financing terms. Insurance Solutions:- Provide guidance on suitable insurance coverage options for vehicles, coordinating with insurance providers to facilitate seamless policy issuance. Financial Presentations: - Prepare and present financing and insurance options to customers, clearly explaining terms, rates, and payment schedules. Contract Documentation:- Prepare accurate and compliant finance and lease contracts, ensuring all necessary legal and regulatory requirements are met. Negotiation Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide financial insights during vehicle negotiations, helping customers make informed decisions that align with their budgets. Compliance Management: Stay updated on finance and insurance regulations, ensuring all transactions adhere to legal and industry standards. Financial Analysis: Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant information to assess customers' creditworthiness and determine appropriate financing options. Customer Relations: Build trust and rapport with customers, addressing any financial-related inquiries, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the buying process.
