We are a fast-growing luxury diamond jewellery eCommerce platform, committed to delivering a premium customer experience through high-quality products and personalized client servicing. We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and customer-focused professional to join our team.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive / Client Servicing Executive who will be responsible for customer handling, query resolution, payment follow-ups, and jewellery consultation, ensuring a seamless and premium experience across calls, chat, email, and in-person interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Handle customer queries via telecalling, WhatsApp, chat, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Assist clients in diamond jewellery selection by understanding their preferences and needs
  • Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer complaints
  • Perform payment follow-ups and maintain accurate records through MIS & CRM systems
  • Conduct upselling and cross-selling to expand the customer base and drive revenue
  • Maintain and update customer databases and interaction records
  • Share updates on latest jewellery collections and offers with customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
  • Conduct customer meetings/visits (if required) to strengthen relationships
  • Analyze customer behavior and support strategic planning with management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities


Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer handling & client servicing experience
  • Confident in telecalling and relationship management
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with premium clients
  • Basic understanding of sales, upselling, and customer psychology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-centric approach
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction


Job Specifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship / Customer Support / Sales Executive role
  • Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or eCommerce industry (preferred)
