Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:We are hiring a CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer data, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer database regularly
• Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with sales team for leads and conversions
• Send promotional offers, reminders, and updates
• Track customer interactions and maintain records
• Generate daily/weekly CRM reports
• Ensure customer retention and repeat business

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups
• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail / jewellery / real estate CRM
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Customer handling experience
