Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive/Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely generation of reports, maintain databases, and provide insights that help improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and databases.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather and validate data.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide support in audits and compliance-related reporting.
