Job Description

Personal Loan Sales Executive – DST



Role Overview:


The Personal Loan DST Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing personal loan cases by directly interacting with customers. The role focuses on achieving monthly disbursement targets through strong field sales and relationship management.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Sourcing

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and open market sourcing

• Build a strong pipeline of potential customers

• Approach salaried and self-employed individuals for personal loan requirements



2. Sales & Conversion

• Explain personal loan products, features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria

• Convert leads into logins and ensure maximum approvals

• Follow up regularly with customers for document collection and case closure



3. Login & Disbursement Management

• Maintain daily login targets

• Ensure proper documentation and submission of loan applications

• Coordinate with credit and operations team for faster approvals

• Drive disbursement closures within TAT



4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

• Provide excellent service and handle customer queries effectively



5. Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets (volume & value)

• Focus on productivity metrics like conversion ratio and approval rate



6. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all processes are followed as per company and regulatory guidelines

• Avoid fraudulent or incomplete cases

• Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation



Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Sales and negotiation ability

• Knowledge of personal loan products

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work in field sales environment



Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Daily/Monthly Logins

• Disbursement Amount (₹)

• Conversion Ratio

• Approval Rate

• Revenue/Commission Generated

• Team Leader / Sales Manager



Compensation:
