Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter specializing in Medical hiring, including doctors, dieticians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment within the healthcare or hospital sector. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, manpower fulfilment, coordination with departments, and ensuring timely on boarding of qualified medical and paramedical personnel.

Candidates with 2–5 years of recruitment experience—especially in the healthcare/paramedical domain—will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for paramedical staff, doctors, dieticians, and support staff.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads and hospital management regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely on boarding, documentation, and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Maintain detailed recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Support HR team in manpower planning and related HR activities whenever required.
• Ensure hiring is completed within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Experience in hiring paramedical, clinical, or support staff is highly preferred.

Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare job roles (doctors, dieticians, paramedical staff, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and networking techniques.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (HR/Healthcare background is an added advantage).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
• PF/ESI as per company norms.
• Other benefits as per company policy.
