About the Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd is looking for a Field Coordinator who will be responsible for executing on-ground health camps, coordinating with residential societies and corporate partners, and ensuring proper reporting of activities. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Camp Execution

• Plan and execute on-ground health camps and wellness activities.
• Ensure proper setup, coordination, and smooth functioning of the camps.
• Manage logistics such as materials, equipment, and promotional items.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with residential societies, corporate offices, and other partners for organizing camps.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure availability of doctors, staff, and resources.
• Maintain strong relationships with society representatives and corporate HR teams.

3. Activity Reporting

• Maintain daily reports of camp activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Collect and submit data, feedback, and photographs from the events.
• Prepare basic reports and share updates with management.

4. Field Support

• Assist in promotional activities and awareness programs.
• Ensure branding and visibility at camp locations.
• Resolve on-site issues during events.

Required SkillS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle field work and travel locally
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting tools
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in field coordination, events, or operations (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
