We are seeking a dynamic and confident Franchise Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a sales environment, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be capable of managing both new and existing client relationships. Experience in franchise development or management will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming franchise inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Explain the company’s franchise model, process, and offerings to potential clients clearly and confidently.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing franchise partners.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients at the office when required.
• Keep daily records of all leads, calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the management team.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with new franchisees.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales or business development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident personality.
• Strong phone presence and ability to manage client calls effectively.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in franchise dealing or franchise development is a strong advantage.
