Graphic And Motion Designer

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphics and Motion Designer to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including graphics and motion designs for our brand and our diverse portfolio of US-based real estate agent clients. This role requires a strong understanding of visual design, a proactive approach to research, and the ability to work collaboratively to produce high-quality, creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print media.
• Create dynamic motion graphics and video content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
• Stay proactive in researching the latest design trends on social media and apply them to creative projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and client needs.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and motion design.
• Proficiency with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools (Veo 3, Claude, Co-Pilot, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and a solid understanding of design principles.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
