Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles.
- Post job openings on various job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews with the respective departments.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters to selected candidates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and on boarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update records related to PF, ESI and other statutory requirements for new joining.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
