HR Intern

🔹 About the Internship:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Post job openings on various job portals
• Maintain candidate database and HR records
• Assist in onboarding and documentation
• Support daily HR activities

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA in HR
• Fresh graduates (pass-outs) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment process
• Available for a minimum of 3 months

🔹 Skills Required:

• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
