Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

  • Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
  1. Hiring Process Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to final offer.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring.
  1. Employer Branding & Coordination:

  • Represent the company professionally in job fairs and recruitment drives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for fresher hiring.
  1. Documentation & Onboarding:

  • Collect and verify documents of new joiners.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain recruitment records and compliance documents.
  1. Other HR Support:

  • Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, HRMS updates, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
