Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and help our organization attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Key Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals).
• Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct preliminary interviews via phone or video.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Manage the offer process, reference checks, and background verification.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and tools.
