HR Recruiter

Own end-to-end hiring for Business Development, IT, Engineering, and AI roles. You’ll source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close offers—running a fast, data-driven process across product and platform teams.

What you’ll do

• Run role-intake, refine JDs, define must-have skills & rubrics.
• Source via LinkedIn (Boolean/X-ray), Naukri, AngelList, GitHub/Stack, referrals.
• Phone-screen for skill & culture; manage tech assignments and panels.
• ATS hygiene (stages, notes, SLAs), candidate communication, scheduling.
• Offer letter rollout, comp inputs, joining coordination, pre-boarding.
• Light employer branding (posts, events, micro-campaigns).
• Weekly reporting: time-to-fill, source mix, stage conversions, offer acceptance.

Must-haves

• Proven talent acquisition across BD/IT/Engineering/AI families.
• Strong sourcing chops (Boolean/X-ray) & market mapping.
• Structured phone screening; clear written comms & notes.
• ATS experience (Zoho/Lever/Greenhouse/Workable or similar).
• Offer ops, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Metrics mindset; moves fast without dropping quality.

Nice-to-haves

• Basics of software/AI roles (Python/Node/React, AWS, ML).
• Early-stage/startup exposure; employer-branding knack.
