Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles.
- Post job openings on various job portals such as Naukri, Apna,Job hai and other relevant platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews with the respective departments.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters to selected candidates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and on boarding of new employees.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and maintaining HR records.
