Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• 
  
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• 
  
• Conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees.
• 
  

2. Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Maintain healthy employee relations and address queries or grievances.
• 
  
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
• 
  
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• 
  

3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:

• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• 
  
• Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing.
• 
  
• Handle employee reimbursements and deductions.

4. HR Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files).
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• 
  
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly dashboards.
• 
  

5. Performance & Exit Process:

• Assist in the performance appraisal process.

• Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement formalities.

• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
