Immigration/ Consultant/ Telecaller

Telecaller acts as the first point of contact, engaging prospective clients via phone to explain visa, study abroad, and immigration services. They focus on generating leads, conducting basic counseling on eligibility, setting appointments, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and CRM documentation to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Initiating outbound calls to prospective leads and managing inbound inquiries regarding immigration, visa options, and eligibility.

Counseling & Sales: Explaining company services (study visas, PR, work visas) to clients, handling objections, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling detailed counseling sessions for clients with senior consultants.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Follow-ups: Regular follow-up with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, sales executive, or in customer service, preferably in the immigration or education consultancy sector.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and regional languages to clearly explain complex visa processes.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking client data.

Soft Skills: Strong, persuasive, and patient interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
