Job Title: International Telesales Executive – Travel & Logistics

Location: Permanent Work from Home

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (as per US process)

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹75,000 per month (performance-based)

Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented professionals for our International Telesales – Travel & Logistics campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in international sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US clients for travel and logistics services.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.

• Generate new leads and close sales efficiently.

• Maintain call records and update CRM on a daily basis.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international telesales or US process preferred.

• Knowledge of travel, logistics, or freight industry will be an added advantage.

• Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection (mandatory for WFH).

• Comfortable working in night shifts.
