IT Recruiter

We are seeking an IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. You will work on real client requirements, tight deadlines, and quality-driven submissions. Its 100% remote position (Work from Home)

• Key Responsibilities: Work on IT requirements (Contract / Full-time) for India
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and availability
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain recruiter trackers and submission reports
• Meet daily sourcing and weekly submission targets
• Required Skills: 2+ years of IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of IT skills & tech stacks
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS / Google Sheets tracking
