Job Title: Junior Lawyer / Legal Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Junior Lawyer / Legal Associate to assist in legal matters, court proceedings, research, and drafting work. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn under senior advocates.

Responsibilities:

• Attend courts regularly and assist in case proceedings
• Handle filing, listing, and follow-ups in courts and tribunals
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, replies, applications, notices, and agreements
• Prepare case briefs and summaries
• Coordinate with clients and court staff
• Maintain case files and legal records
• Support senior lawyers in hearings and case preparation

Eligibility / Requirements:

• LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with State Bar Council (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience as a Junior Lawyer / Legal Associate (freshers can apply)
• Good drafting and research skills
• Confidence in court appearance and communication
• Knowledge of legal procedures and court practices
• Proficiency in MS Word and legal research tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
