Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior-Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities for our PAN India requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities Recruitment (PAN India):

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across locations.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication skills, role fit, and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports accurately.
  • Handle offer rollouts, joining confirmations, and follow-ups to reduce dropouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Share offer letters and collect pre-joining documents.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding handover.
  • Update recruitment data in HRIS and Excel trackers.
  • Support bulk hiring, trainee hiring, and early-career recruitment initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight timelines.

  • Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and keen to build a career in Recruitment.
