Lead Generation Associate

About the Role

We are looking for highly driven and performance-oriented Cold Callers/Lead Generation Executives for outbound US market campaigns. This is a target-intensive role designed for individuals who thrive under pressure and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Handle calls to pitch products, generate leads, and resolve customer queries.
• Hit Targets: Achieve daily/weekly goals for calls, and lead generation.
• Script Adherence: Use scripts flexibly & efficiently to address customer needs and objections.
• CRM Management: Accurately log call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate: Share insights with the team and report progress to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• 1+ Year Experience: Telecalling/telesales in US market sales (outbound + inbound).
• Fluent English: Clear, neutral accent with strong persuasion and active listening skills.
• Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in fast-paced environments.
• Tech Basics: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote support software (e.g., AnyDesk).
• Night Shift Ready: Comfortable working 6 PM – 3 AM IST.
