Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for dynamic and driven Management Executives to support senior leadership in executing strategic and operational initiatives. The role involves working on end-to-end management projects, business analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a project-management mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment while contributing to organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Management Projects & Execution

• Work on end-to-end management projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to internal standards and best practices.

Business Analysis & Research

• Conduct business research and data analysis to support management decisions.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, MIS, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.

Strategy & Process Improvement

• Assist senior leadership in strategy formulation and organizational development initiatives.
• Support process improvement projects and implementation of new policies, SOPs, and management frameworks.
• Recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of management initiatives.
• Follow up with stakeholders to track progress and resolve execution challenges.

Key Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in management, consulting, operations, or project-based roles.
• MBA graduates with strong academic background and project exposure may apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Project management mindset with execution focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools

Educational Qualification

MBA from a reputed institute

Preferred specializations:

Operations, Strategy, Finance, HR, or Marketing
