Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth production and assembly of modular furniture in the factory
• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into finished products
• Supervise fitting, hardware installation, and mechanical alignment
• Maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing and finishing processes
• Coordinate with design and production teams for accurate execution
• Troubleshoot issues related to fittings, hinges, channels, and hardware
• Ensure timely completion of production and installation tasks
• Optimize material usage and minimize wastage
• Maintain workflow efficiency and discipline within factory operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, interiors, or mechanical work
• Knowledge of modular furniture fittings, hardware, and assembly processes
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Practical, hands-on, and execution-focused approach
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage
