MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
• To research the best products according to the requirements.
• Request, review, and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, accounts, etc.) to determine purchasing needs.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Track orders and ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the store team to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Resolve supply chain issues, including delays, defects, or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term business success.
• Prepare purchase reports and provide updates to management.
