The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting social media data, tracking team performance, and maintaining dashboards to support data-driven decision making for social media campaigns across platforms .

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Data Management

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly social media MIS reports.
• Collect data related to reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Track performance of posts, reels, and campaigns across platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, and follower growth.
• Identify top-performing content and improvement areas.

Dashboard Management

• Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
• Present insights visually using charts and graphs.
• Track campaign performance including paid and organic campaigns.
• Monitor metrics such as leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates.

Team Performance Tracking

• Monitor productivity of the social media team.
• Maintain records of content created, posts scheduled, and campaigns managed.
