Operation Executive

-Process and manage backend operations for wealth management products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, and fixed deposits

-Handle client onboarding documentation (KYC, FATCA, risk profiling) in compliance with regulatory requirements

-Coordinate with Relationship Managers, product partners, and custodians for transaction execution

-Maintain accurate client records, portfolio data, and transaction details in CRM/ERP systems

-Process investment transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations

-Prepare operational MIS, portfolio reports, and reconciliation statements

-Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines

-Handle client service requests related to account updates, documentation, and reports

-Support audits, compliance checks, and data verification activities

-Track turnaround times (TAT) and ensure timely closure of operational requests
