Operations Manager

Desi Cooks Frozen Food is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and streamline day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with different departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth business operations and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall operational activities of the company.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Manage order processing, inventory planning, and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of frozen food products.
• Monitor supply chain activities and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
• Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience in Frozen Food, Food Processing, or FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics management.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operations remotely.
