Pharma Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities through effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and build long-term professional relationships to drive business growth.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Source and manage leads from the IndiaMART portal and other relevant platforms. Ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.

Sales Growth :

Present company products, explain features and benefits, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Experience in pharma sales or a related field (preferred)

Familiarity with IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Language known- bengali, malyalam, telugu, kannada
