Purchase Executive

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material purchasing for our operations. The ideal candidate must own a personal vehicle for market visits and possess strong knowledge of marketing standards, vendor evaluation, costing, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Conduct local market visits using own vehicle to source vendors and compare pricing.
• Ensure all sourced materials meet company quality standards.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per requirement.

Purchase Operations

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Track and maintain stock levels in coordination with the store team.

Costing & Negotiation

• Monitor market rates and ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain cost discipline and optimize procurement expenses.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor databases.
• Prepare and update purchase reports, comparison sheets, and price logs.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of marketing trends and market standards.
• Ability to handle vendor coordination and frequent market visits independently.
• Good communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
