Purchase Manager

Job Title: Purchase Manager (PCD Pharma)

Location: Industrial Area, Panchkula

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager for our PCD Pharma business. The candidate should have prior experience in a reputed pharma company and must be capable of handling end-to-end procurement, stock management, and vendor coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of pharma products including placing repeat orders based on stock analysis
• Ensure optimum stock levels and avoid overstocking or stock-outs
• Conduct market research for new products, including:
• Molecule selection
• Branding strategy
• MRP and pricing planning
• Coordinate with manufacturers (MFR units) for production, packaging, and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for better pricing and reliability
• Monitor purchase cost, margins, and profitability
• Handle documentation and compliance related to pharma procurement

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Purchase Manager in a reputed pharma company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of PCD pharma products and market trends
• Ability to work on product development, branding & pricing
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and stock management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dealing with third-party manufacturers
• Understanding of pharma regulatory and packaging norms
• Proficiency in Excel / inventory management software
