We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our coaching academy. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, student inquiries, administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle email correspondence.
• Manage student walk-ins, registrations, counseling appointments, and basic fee collection queries.
• Maintain records of student attendance, inquiries, and admissions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and meetings.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fee structures, and faculty.
• Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and document handling.
• Coordinate with academic and counseling teams for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish as needed.

Handle student feedback and escalate issues appropriately.
