• Achieve the given sales target .
• Supervision Stock Provide periodic briefings for the sales team: educate, motivate and guide them.
• Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
• Maintain & record sampling & marketing activities periodically.
• Control outstanding payments by following company guidelines & protocols.
• Share timely reports and updates with supervisors and management as required.
• Develop and penetrate new market.
• Ensure proper record keeping & maintenance of the company asset.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Communicating well with all staff.
