Job Title: Sales Engineer (ELV / Security Systems)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting and selling ELV solutions including CCTV, fire alarm systems, networking, access control, AV, and display solutions. The role involves both technical consultation and sales execution.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in:

Commercial projects

Government tenders

Industrial and institutional clients

Meet clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to understand requirements


Provide technical solutions and system design for:

CCTV surveillance systems

Fire alarm systems (addressable/conventional)

Data networking & Wi-Fi solutions

Access control & AV systems

Prepare and present:

Technical proposals

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

Cost estimations and quotations

Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams

Participate in pre-sales activities:

Site surveys

Product demonstrations

Technical discussions

Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals

Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting


Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems:

CCTV (IP/Analog)

Fire Alarm Systems

Networking (Switching, Routing basics)

Access Control & AV

Sales and negotiation skills

Ability to prepare BOQs and read drawings

Good communication and presentation skills

Customer relationship management


Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s in:

Electronics / Electrical / IT / Networking

Or related field

1–5+ years of experience in technical sales (ELV / security systems preferred)

Preferred Experience

Experience handling government and private projects

Knowledge of brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Honeywell, Bosch, etc.
