Sales Executive

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and closing property deals efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field work, references, and digital platforms
• Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate projects
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM records
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client handling and closing ability
• Knowledge of local property market
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
• Experience:3+ Years (Real Estate Only)
